Category A – “Optionally Returnable Before Opening”
Non-customized, fully sealed products eligible for optional return within 7 days of delivery, subject to full compliance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Category B – “Final Sale”
Extremely rare and aged oud oils, rare woods, high-value items, or any product explicitly designated as Final Sale.
No optional return or exchange.
Exception: Defect / non-conformity / incorrect delivery only.

Category C – “Custom / Made-to-Order”
Products created or prepared specifically upon Customer request, including bespoke blends, special filling, engraving, or personalized packaging.
No optional return or exchange.
Accepted only in cases of verified defect or delivery error.

Category D – “Samples / Trial Products”
No optional return after delivery.
Exception: Verified defect or incorrect delivery only.

Nudrah for Oud provides secure electronic payment options and delivery services within the State of Qatar in accordance with the approved Terms & Policies.

Payment Methods:
Local debit card and Visa (additional methods may be introduced in the future).

Delivery:
Complimentary delivery within the State of Qatar, subject to delivery zones and timelines displayed on the website.

High-Value Deliveries:
Products classified as high-value may require enhanced verification measures upon delivery, including OTP confirmation, recipient signature, or identity verification, to ensure secure and successful handover.
