4) Order Creation & Confirmation

All payment transactions are subject to the security and verification procedures imposed by the payment service provider or relevant banking institution. The Company bears no responsibility for declined, suspended, or delayed payments caused by such entities.

The integrity of seals, packaging, and serial numbers upon delivery constitutes legal evidence of conformity and absence of apparent defects.
Any tampering with seals, serial numbers, or packaging shall immediately void any discretionary return or exchange right. In such cases, any inspection conducted by the Company shall be limited solely to verifying the existence of a material defect or non-conformity, without further obligation.
9) Limitation of Liability & Safe Use
The Customer acknowledges that fragrance products may react differently from one individual to another. The Company recommends conducting a patch test prior to use and disclaims liability for effects resulting from failure to observe this recommendation.
The Company bears responsibility for product integrity until delivery in accordance with these Terms. Thereafter, responsibility for use, storage, or handling transfers to the Customer. The Company shall not be liable for misuse, improper storage, or subjective dissatisfaction, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights where a defect or non-conformity is proven.
10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Qatar.
In the event that any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, such mandatory rule shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only, while all remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
